Your Role:
You will be responsible for:

  • CAPEX –assessment and need collation, enquiry of estimates and budgeting, purchases, delivery and installation, vendor identification for disposal, disposal of assets as per capex; resourcing where necessary.
  • Vendor Management –Finalization of vendors, relationship management, vendor audits for stat compliances, agreements –new and renewals, AMC ’s, Negotiations with vendors keeping in mind the budgets, reference checks, conflict management. Vendor management needs to cover all vendors that are part of admin region day-to day operations.
  • Fixed Asset management –physical verification and coding of assets
  • Inputs to making of new processes for good running of day to day operations. Implementation of the same within the region
  • Exploring new venues for accommodation; workshops –day + residential; running quality checks; ensuring that they are within budgets; negotiations to get maximum benefit to organization.
  • Procurement: To closely coordinate with external vendors and oversee procurement needs of the organization.
  • All purchases must be done as per CRY procurement norms and SOP’s.

You:
You must be a graduate/Post –Graduate in any stream, from a reputed institute having 6-9 years’ experience in admin operation, Vendor Management and Procurement. Good written and oral communication skills in English are essential.

Communications Consultant –Films

We are looking for a filmmaker who has a keen interest in the social justice space. You will be in charge of amplifying the voices of the communities we work with from all over India!

Your Role:
You will lead video storytelling strategy and execution for CRY. Core responsibilities include conceptualizing, shooting and editing short films for campaigns under child rights thematics, brand campaigns, donor communication and social media.

You:

  • Degree in Film, Media, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in filmmaking, especially in documentary, development sector, or campaign storytelling
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
  • Experience in concept development, scripting, and end-to-end film execution
  • Strong understanding of visual narratives for social impact and branding
  • Adept with social media trends and short-form content creation (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, agencies, and external filmmakers
  • Comfort with travel for field shoots and working in diverse community settings
  • Technical knowledge of filmmaking, including audio, lighting, and camera equipment
  • Bonus: Prior experience in development sector, non-profit storytelling.

Your Challenge:
At CRY –Child Rights and You, you ’ll be using your professional skills and experience to help restore to underprivileged Indian children their basic rights to –survival, development, protection and participation. CRY has a holistic approach to development based on the child rights framework with community empowerment as a key ingredient. CRY also places strong emphasis on networking with other NGOs and advocacy efforts to influence macro policies for children.

CRY ’s assistance to the child development initiatives isn ’t just financial. Our Programme team enables our partners work through capacity building, infrastructure support, sharing of ideas and information, networking and joint planning, monitoring and evaluation impact, research, documentation and government interface.

Your Role:
You will be responsible for developing the strategy for support and intervention of CRY-supported initiatives in the State strategy. You will ensure it ’s in line with the organisation ’s programming strategy and that it delivers the targeted impact on the rights of the child . Your role includes large grant projects will be important part of your role , partnership Management, Direct implementation of large Grants and financial management of Program directly implemented by CRY. monitoring and evaluation of the program from the insights ; Data based review and Planning with M &E tool , Capacity Building of the implementing team in the thematic areas. implementing of efficient processes and systems; and network with the local communities, government bodies and key individuals. Leading the program in the state, you will have to communicate internally and externally, with varied stakeholders including the donor reporting and interface on the organisational stances on programming strategy.

You:
You must be a Post –Graduate in Social Work, Sociology or Rural Development from a reputed institute having 9-12 years’ experience of which 6-7 years of leading state/s Independently handling projects and programs area of urban or rural development in the rights based approach. As well as have experience in Child Rights and Child Rights programming, issues analysis experience on M &E tool for data based program review and planning is essential . and prioritizing issues for intervention, designing state level strategy, experience of planning, financial monitoring and evaluating projects. Experience of at least 3 –5 years in leading a team. Good written and oral communication skills in English are essential.

Role of Position:

  • Prepare portfolio or profile of each child
  • Preparing Monthly report
  • Plan Assessment, prepare Impact report in every three months
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and staff to identify the learning needs and goals of each student
  • Design and implement individualized or small-group instruction plans that align with the curriculum
  • Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement
  • Advocate for the students ’well-being and academic success and foster a positive and respectful learning environment
  • Participate in professional development activities and meetings with other consultant teachers
  • Provide academic guidance and support to students in grades 6 to 8 who are enrolled in the program
  • Mobilize students for regular session, events etc.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the teaching and learning activities on the students ’outcomes and well-being
  • Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and volunteers to plan and implement cross-curricular activities, projects, and events
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive lessons for students in grades 6 to 8, aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.

Qualification: Graduate degree, preferably in Science
